Scorching under the Malaysian sun and need a quick fresh spritz? This recipe is berry refreshing to wake and cool your senses up. 

To make the smoothie base, you need: 

1 cup almond milk 

1/2 frozen banana 

1 cup frozen mixed berries 

Toppings:

1/3 cup blueberries 

1/4 cup rasperries 

2 tablesppoons granola 

1 tablespoon pepita seeds 

1 blackberry 

Directions: 

Blend smoothie base ingredients together until smooth and froyo-like texture 

Pour your smoothie in a small bowl and top off as you like!

You need: 

2 cups spinach 

1 frozen banana 

1/2 cup almond milk, unsweetened 

1/2 avocado 

1 tablespoon chia seeds 

Ice to thicken, as needed

Toppings of your own choice, I recommend slices of green apples and melon. 

Directions: 

Simply blend everything together in a blender and mix until smooth, velvet fray-like texture. 

Transfer to a bowl, add toppings and then enjoy it with a spoon :)
